Why Michael Dougherty Meets the Moment
At this extraordinary time in our nation’s history, Colorado needs an attorney general with a deep understanding of criminal law and the ability to step up on day one and run a large public law office. A person who will enforce State law without fear or favor. A skillful lawyer who will use the Constitution of the United States and state law as both a sword and a shield in our fight to return to a functioning democracy. A person who builds alliances with peers because the work that needs to be done to restore our democracy exceeds the capacity of one person or one state. This is why I am voting for Michael Dougherty.
